Black Eats London are on a mission to break down barriers facing Black owned businesses, and host the Black Eats Festival, which showcases a range of business.
The Black Eats Festival, which has accumulated more than 200,000 people previously, returned for the 2024 season, this year migrating south of the river to Woolwich Works in Greenwich, offering a bigger & better experience.
Black owned businesses are a vital part of London’s economy. There are more than 10,000 black owned private sector business, contributing over 70,000 jobs with a turnover of over £4.5 billion.
Seyi, the owner of Kamso Kids, an ethical children’s brand inspired by African heritage said: “Events like these are so important because not only can vendors can see the amazing services other vendors provide, this is also an opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy themselves.”
